The challenge

Why it needed building.

Seeing a doctor usually means a trip, a wait and paperwork that ends up in different places.

The aim: let patients reach a doctor, and keep the record of every consultation, from their phone.

The product

Appointments and tasks at the top, with tiles to assess symptoms, talk to a doctor, book appointments and open medical records.

Consultations by video, voice or chat, with a timed video-call screen.

Every consultation is recorded with the specialist, specialization and date, plus prescription, consultation notes, chat transcript and recordings.

Patients can assess their symptoms before choosing what to do next.
